We have potential employee base who serve our market with their excellent knowledge in engineering field. From substations to Busway system designing, our employees are expertise in every field of our business. We have eleven dedicated Msc/Bsc Engineers working in our company who are continuously reaching the customers ranging from industries to utility companies or consultants to power projects. Our qualified Finance and Admin team continuously supporting the engineers in every possible way. Our Director (operation), Managing Director and Chairman also play a vital role for the growth and success of the organization.

We have a well-established factory setup at Bariderchala, Sripur, with highly skilled technicians working continuously to serve customers with unique electrical solutions. Factory works include HT, LT, PFI, Substations, DB, MDB, etc. which are of a continuous requirement.
In the factory, a Manager and a supervisor are assigned to monitor the overall factory activities and ensuring quality of work. Four senior technicians are assigned to all the mechanical tasks and switchgear connection of the panels. Two junior technicians and one helper are always at the help of the seniors.
